                                                             POLICIES FOR NEW CLIENTS

Please find below my policies regarding counseling including fees, confidentiality, and cancellations.  

I charge $160 per 50-minute session and accept credit cards, checks and cash for payment at the time of service. First sessions are an hour and a half and I charge $250 for this longer session.

Career Testing-
On occasion, clients decide to take a career test.  If so, I charge for both the instrument (see costs below) and for the interpretation session to review the results with you. 
MBTI-$50.00   Strong Interest Inventory-$50.00   Campbell Interest and Skills Survey-$50  Birkman Method-$250.00  

Please leave a message on my voicemail (not email) if you need to cancel your appointment.  If you call 24 hours prior to your scheduled session you will not be charged.  Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee for your missed session.  

One of the cornerstones of counseling is trusting that what you share with me is private.  I hold your information with the utmost respect.   However, it is important for you to know that there are limitations to the code of confidentiality.  Please read the HIPPA form that is included in the forms below that outlines those limitations. Just a reminder that email is not a confidential or secure medium.

After scheduling your first appointment please download and complete the three forms below and bring the hard copies with you to your first appointment.  You can also find detailed directions on the contact page of this website.
